PAAMCO names three new partners
PAAMCO (Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company), the $8.5 billion fund of funds, has appointed three new partners to the firm.
Jim Meehan, managing director in PAAMCO’s account management department, has been named a partner. He joined PAAMCO in 2008 from PIMCO.
Scott Warner, sector specialist for long/short equity and equity market neutral investments has also been promoted. Prior to PAAMCO, he worked in the investment management division at Goldman Sachs.
David Weinberger too is named a partner. Weinberger manages PAAMCO’s portfolio management department and is a member of the portfolio construction group. Weinberger is assuming leadership of the portfolio management department from Bill Knight, who is to retire in 2013.
