Kinetic Partners makes two hires in New York

Kinetic Partners, the compliance consultancy, has made two new hires to its New York office.

Douglas Shulman joins the firm as a director on its regulatory compliance team, having previously been a chief compliance officer (CCO) at Two Sigma Advisors, where he was responsible for the hedge fund’s registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to this, he was a CCO at Basswood Capital Management.

Scott Kelly has been named an associate director at Kinetic’s regulatory compliance team. He was previously at FINRA, where he served as a principal examiner.
